New This Week at Laura’s Beads – March 2

Bead Circle Update

It’s time to do Peyote with a Twist!
Many of you have been asking for us to do this hot new technique at the store. Developed by Gerlinde Lenz, it makes a rope that resembles bead crochet without all the headaches. We’ll be hosting TWO weeks of bead circle sessions this time: Week 1 will be “Peyote with a Twist 101” to teach you the basics of the stitch and make a simple starter design; Week 2 will be “Peyote with a Twist 102” to teach you how to take it up a notch by stitching from a grid to make a beautiful geometric design. Sign up for one or both, depending on your skill and comfort level. We warn you though — this one is very addictive!.
