Bead Circle Update
NEW: Every year in November our Bead Circle stitches up a different ornament pattern. This year it was extra challenging to pick a project since Bead & Button surprised us with a special edition magazine loaded with bunches of gorgeous holiday projects! We finally settled on the beautiful “Beaded Brocade Ornament” by Kelly Wiese that connects sections of embellished netting with straps and drapes for an intricate finished piece. Intermediate Bead Embroidery Class: The latest bead embroidered cuff from Dawn is a beautiful piece featuring a background of shibori silk ribbon, accented with seed beads, crystals and more. The cuff can be stitched over a hard brass base or as a soft cuff. Beaders who sign up for this class prior to 10/31 will be able to custom order their silk in the color of their choice directly through Dawn. Click on the photo for details and to sign up:

Reminder of some upcoming closing dates:
If you happened to notice a little gap coming up in our schedule, this is due to the fact that we have to take a brief break while Laura is out having a scheduled surgery. We will be closed on October 25-27 and then again on November 1-3. These closings are Wed-Fri closings, so there will be no bead circle during those two weeks, however we will still be open on Tuesdays and Saturdays for shopping, as well as classes and open beading sessions for you to attend.
Until next time, have a sparkling week and happy beading!
Remember, if you are interested in making any of the projects shown in our emails, but are not in the area to join in, you can now purchase all the necessary supplies on shop.laurasbeads.com!
Many of the patterns are available through popular magazines or websites, which will be indicated on our website when you click on any of the projects above, so that you can view a materials list. If it’s an original pattern, simply email Laura at firstname.lastname@example.org and let her know what you are looking for. Original patterns are typically available by request after the Bead Circle sessions have been completed.
