The chenille stitch combines elements of tubular herringbone and netting, creating a rope that is simple and elegant. You can work with either size 8/0 or size 11/0 seed beads, and you can just use 2 colors to keep it simple, or mix it up a bit and get creative.

New to Bead Weaving?
This is the perfect class for you! Beginner Stitch Workshops will teach you all the basics of a specific stitch; no previous experience is necessary. These classes are small in size so you’ll get plenty of teacher time. You’ll begin to familiarize yourself with the terminology of bead weaving and start to understand how to read patterns. The instructor will have already made the piece so that you can see what is looks like completed.
We ask that you always use supplies from Laura’s Beads when in our beading room. Thank you!
